Oh, Kapha! Your allergies are driving you nuts about now. To help with these seasonal sniffles, drink lots of hot water, or Kapha Balancing tea, throughout the day. Stick with the Kapha diet, too: bitter, pungent and astringent tastes are best - veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and string beans are especially good right now. And make sure you get up and outdoors to enjoy some of the nice weather. Take long walks with your sweetie!
